Mrityunjya Tourism is not under any obligation to make another booking in lieu of or to compensate / replace the unconfirmed one. All subsequent further bookings will be treated as new transactions with no reference to the earlier unconfirmed reservation.
Any refunds arising from any transactions with Mrityunjya Tourism due to any cancellation of the booking for any reason whatsoever shall be processed by Mrityunjya Tourism in the same bank account or debit or credit card used by the User to make the payment at the time of booking.
